Kakana Crop in Mozambique
kakana is one of the most common dishes in Mozambique.
Since my childhood i have had kakana on my table for luch and the surprising fact is that personally i like kakana.
Kakana is very well known for its taste i cooked with peanut. It is also used as a stomack acke medicine if left on the stove boiling for approximately 10-15 minutes.
Today, i am proud of myself because i have a crop in my backyard where i am growing kakana that is enough to supply my diet program for at least once or twice every two to three weeks.
Have you thought about growing kakana in your back yard its simple you just have o buy the tihaka which are the seeds you can get it in any public market and just sow it in yourback yard you should see the result in one to two months.
Good luck.
